Black Spruce (picea mariana) like most other evergreen essential oils, has the balancing effect of being very grounding yet stimulating at the same time. Imagine how you feel when walking through a coniferous woods, instilling a soothing and invigorating effect on your senses. This helps to alleviate anxiety, stress, tension and exhaustion and leaves the feeling of being uplifted and relaxed. 

As a topical treatment, Black Spruce Essential Oil can be used with skin conditions such as acne and eczema.  It has wonderful astringent and antiseptic properties.

DIRECTIONS

For external use only. Essential oils are very highly concentrated and potent. Dilute properly before use. Some oils may cause skin irritation. It is recommended to perform a patch test before use.

Avoid contact with mucus membranes and eyes. If any essential oils have contacted your eye, wash out with a vegetable oil such as olive oil, not water.

Keep out of reach of children, the elderly, and pets. If pregnant, suffering from any medical condition, or taking medication, consult a health care practitioner before use.
