Bergamot (citrus bergamia) is a common component in traditional perfumes and Earl Grey teas. Bergamot has an uplifting and balancing nature to help reduce stress, insomnia and anxiety. It has a refreshing quality that helps cool anger and frustration, encouraging a sense of open heartedness.
Suitable for most skin conditions, including acne, Bergamot is a known anti-fungal and antiseptic oil, making it soothing on cold sores. Helps to reduce inflammation and redness, and prevents scarring, similar to Lavender Essential Oil.
